Privacy Policy

• Account details — name, email address and profile image, provided when you sign up (directly or through a sign-in provider).
• Your content — scripts, prompts, uploaded files and reference images, and the images, video, audio and music you generate.
• Billing records — plan, purchases, invoices and credit usage. Card details are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store full card numbers.
• Security and usage data — IP address and approximate country at sign-in (used to prevent fraud and abuse), activity logs, error reports, and aggregate page-view analytics.

• To provide the service: store your projects and generate the media you ask for.
• To process payments, keep financial records and provide support.
• To secure accounts and detect fraud, abuse and chargeback fraud.
• To send service emails such as receipts, account notices and replies to support requests.
• To understand, in aggregate, how the product is used so we can improve it.

Your content is never used to train AI models— not by us, and we don’t license it to anyone for training.

We rely on trusted providers that process data on our behalf, only as needed to run the service:

• Clerk — authentication and account management.
• Stripe — payments and subscriptions.
• Cloudflare R2 — storage for your files and generated media.
• Neon and Convex — application databases.
• AI model providers (such as Kie AI, OpenAI and Anthropic) — your prompts and reference media are sent to the model that performs a generation you request.
• Email providers (SMTP and Brevo) — transactional email.
• Google Analytics — aggregate page-view analytics.
• Sentry — error monitoring.

We do not sell or rent your personal data.

Your projects and files are private to you and your team members. A file becomes visible to others only when you share it: a public share appears in the Community gallery and on your creator page; an unlisted share is reachable only by its link and is kept out of the gallery and search engines. You choose whether a shared file shows its prompt or can be downloaded, and you can stop sharing at any time.

• Generated media becomes eligible for deletion 90 days after a paid subscription lapses — see the Billing Policy.
• Inactive accounts — accounts with no sign-in for 12 consecutive months are permanently deleted, with an email warning beforehand.
• Financial records are kept for the period tax law requires, even after account deletion.

We use cookies that are essential to keep you signed in, and analytics cookies to measure page views in aggregate. We do not use advertising cookies.

You can view and update your account details at any time. To request a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account, email hello@filem.ai from the address on your account. We aim to reply within one business day.

If we make a material change to this policy we will notify you by email before it takes effect, and update the date at the top of this page.
