Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Filem AI you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Billing Policy. If you use Filem AI on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity under your account and workspaces. Give accurate details when you sign up. The free welcome credits are one per person — creating multiple accounts to claim them again is not allowed.

AI generation is paid for with credits, from a subscription plan or a one-time top-up. Plans, renewals, cancellations, refunds and chargebacks are governed by the Billing Policy. All payments — subscriptions and credit top-ups — are final and non-refundable once paid.

• You own what you make. Media you generate and export is yours: no revenue share.
• You keep ownership of what you upload. You grant us only the permission needed to store, process and display it to provide the service — including sending it to the AI model you choose for a generation, and showing it publicly if you share it to the Community.
• Your content is never used to train AI models.
• You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload, and for how you use what you generate.

You may not use Filem AI to create, upload or share content that:

• sexualizes minors, or depicts sexual content involving real people without consent;
• infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark or other rights;
• impersonates a real person to deceive, defame or defraud;
• harasses, threatens or promotes violence against people; or
• is otherwise illegal.

You also may not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service, resell access without permission, or abuse free credits, referrals or payments.

AI generation is probabilistic: results vary, may be inaccurate, and may resemble existing works. Review what you generate before you publish or rely on it. Third-party AI models can change or be withdrawn by their providers, so the set of available models may change over time.

You can stop using Filem AI at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, commits payment fraud, or puts the service or other users at risk. Data retention after an account ends is described in the Privacy Policy.

Filem AI is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it arose.

We may update these Terms. For material changes we will email you before they take effect; continuing to use Filem AI afterwards means you accept the updated Terms.
