Check credits and set a spending cap with Claude

See your balance and prices for free, then set a goal budget so Filem itself stops spending at your limit.

What you'll do

Ask Claude what things cost before you make anything, then set a budget that Filem enforces on its side.

Note

1. Check your balance and prices

What's my Filem balance, and what would a 10-second video cost?

Claude runs a dry run: a free price check. Nothing is spent.

2. Set a budget Filem enforces

Ask for a goal budget by name, so the cap lives in Filem, not only in the chat:

Set a budget of 100 credits for what we make today, and ask me before any single render over 40 credits. Please set it inside Filem with a goal budget, so Filem itself stops spending at 100 credits.

Claude proposes the goal. Nothing is enforced until you approve it:

Yes, approve it.

Tip

Claude asks before it uses each Filem tool. "Allow once" for a render is your second check on the price.

Everything Claude makes is saved in your MCP history.
